Item # PTT-100 PTT-100 - Simple Peel Tensile Tester -

Designed specifically for testing plastic film seal strength for improvement of sealing reliability. Only necessary functions were picked for this model from usually expensive testers. Not only does this model test seal strength but it is also puts test results into data, which are managed by a PC and the attached software. No special skill or knowledge is required to operate this tester. Simply set either the average or maximum lower limit of peel strength to judge the test result of your sealed product meets the required condition.

PTT-100 can be connected to the PC with USB cable, and show/ store the test result by using the application software PTT-Master that comes with the machine. The test result can be displayed on the PC monitor in line graph with detailed values for each test.
